We work with you to determine what you need, how much you need, and how involved you’d like us to be.

Many of our ingredients come straight from Freund’s fields, complemented by produce and products from neighboring Hudson Valley farms. Theresa is known not just for what she serves, but for where it comes from often sharing when it was harvested or which varieties made their way onto your table. It’s food with a story, and food you can feel good about serving.
