Made with locally grown, Hudson Valley apples, harvested this Fall. A mixed variety of Cortland, Macintosh, Mutsu and Ida Red make our crisps more flavorful. The crisp topping is a blend of gluten free flour and oats blended with butter and cinnamon and baked until truly crisp!
